What We Look For
- ✓Reliable, on time, ready to work
- ✓Comfortable working at height on a ladder
- ✓Willing to work in a fall-arrest harness on steep roofs
- ✓Takes pride in a clean, careful install
- ✓Valid driver's license
- ✓Prior gutter, exterior or general trades experience a plus, not required
